With a passion for design and a commitment to superb craftsmanship, Triinu creates original designs inspired by her travels around the globe. From the simplicity of nature to the timeless architecture of ancient cities, she finds stimulation all around for her beautiful and appealing jewellery.
Triinu, who has roots in Estonia, Scotland and England, was born in Trinidad. She originally studied French and Spanish at the University of Aberdeen and this enabled her to travel extensively in Central and South America and the Pacific Islands. Following worldwide adventures she went on to concentrate on a career in jewellery, attending North Glasgow College in Scotland.
Now with her own workshop in Linlithgow, Scotland, Triinu produces contemporary designs which can be seen here in the gallery. Her artist's eye for fashion, combined with the sensuous feel of the lustrous pieces against your skin, are sure to delight. Inspired by everything from the waterfalls of Venezuela to the medieval cities of Italy, this jewellery will enhance every style, from that little black dress to the latest pair of fashion jeans.
